Transformer oil temperature controller

The transformer winding temperature T1 is the sum of the top oil temperature T2 of the transformer and the temperature rise △ T of the winding to the oil, namely T1=T2+△ T. The temperature rise △ T of winding to oil is determined by the transformer winding current. The secondary side current of current transformer is proportional to the winding current. The working principle of winding temperature controller is to take out the current directly proportional to the load through the current transformer, and input it into the electric heating element in the elastic element of winding temperature controller after the adjustment of the converter. The heat generated by the electric heating element causes an additional displacement of the elastic element, Thus, a temperature indication value of one temperature difference higher than the oil temperature is generated. The winding temperature controller uses this indirect method to obtain the average indicated value of winding temperature
