Oil immersed power transformer accessories relay

Product description

Gas Relay is a main protection device for internal faults of Oil Immersed Transformer and oil immersed on load Tap Changer. The gas relay (gas relay) is installed on the connecting pipeline between the transformer and the oil conservator. When the internal fault of the transformer causes oil decomposition to produce gas or oil flow impulse, the contact of the gas relay will act to connect the specified control circuit, and send a signal in time or automatically cut off the transformer.
Maintenance
1. The relay shall undergo appearance inspection and reliability inspection of signal circuit and trip circuit once a year.
2.The relay in operation shall be uncovered once every two years for internal structure and action reliability inspection.

3. The power frequency withstand voltage test shall be carried out for the operated relay every five years.

The protective relay (gas relay) is one of the transformer non electric quantity protection devices, which can protect the transformer on load tap changer/body in case of internal failure during operation, make accurate judgment and action, and achieve the purpose of protecting the on load tap changer and transformer body.
