(1)The foundation of the floor mounted transformer should be 0.2m above the ground. If in waterlogged areas, drainage ditches should be set around the transformer; A brick and stone wall should be set around the transformer, with a height of no less than 1.8m. The door of the wall should be made of refractory material and designed on the low-voltage side of the transformer. The door should open outward and be locked on the door. Bamboo and wood fences should not be used.

⑵ The transformer is installed in a platform (pier) style, and the height of the platform (pier) should not be less than 2.5m

⑶ Install two or more transformers outdoors, and the distance between their shells should not be less than 1.25m.

(4)The transformer casing should be properly placed.

(5)The distance between the transformer and the combustible building should not be less than 5m, and the distance from the fire-resistant building should not be less than 3m.

(6) Hang a warning sign on the wall or platform (pier) stating "Stop, high voltage danger".
