The transformer core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet stacking, which greatly reduces the no-load loss and no-load current, and the core is tied to ensure the tightness of the core and reduce the noise.
The transformer is mainly composed of iron core, winding, fuel tank, insulation casing, tap switch, etc.
A. Low-voltage winding of oil-immersed transformer adopts cylinder structure; high-voltage winding adopts multi-layer cylinder structure to balance the turn distribution of winding with small magnetic leakage, high mechanical strength and strong short-circuit resistance.

d. The oil tank adopts corrugated sheet, which has the breathing function to compensate for the oil volume change caused by the temperature change, so the product does not have an oil storage tank, which obviously reduces the height of the transformer.

e. Because the corrugated sheet replaces the oil storage tank, the transformer oil is isolated from the outside world, which effectively prevents the entry of oxygen and water and leads to the decrease of insulation performance.
