PERFORMANCE FEATURE:
A: The low-voltage winding of oil-immersed transformer generally adopts the cylindrical structure of copper foil around the shaft, except for the small-capacity copper conductor; The high-voltage winding adopts multi-layer cylindrical structure, which makes the distribution of ampere turns of the winding balanced, with small magnetic leakage, high mechanical strength and strong short-circuit resistance.
B.:Fastening measures are adopted for the iron core and the winding respectively. The fastening parts such as the height of the transformer and the low-voltage lead wire are all provided with self-locking locknuts, and the structure without lifting the core is adopted, which can withstand the jolt of transportation.
C:Coils and cores are dried in vacuum, and transformer oil is filtered and oiled in vacuum, so that the moisture inside the transformer is minimized.
D：The oil tank adopts corrugated sheet, which has breathing function to compensate the volume change of oil caused by temperature change, so this product has no oil storage cabinet, which obviously reduces the height of the transformer.
