Product Description

Structural characteristics of oil-immersed transformer:
1. The transformer core is made of high-quality cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet, which is manufactured by automatic transverse shearing process and step-lap process, which improves the distribution of magnetic flux density in the core, reduces the vibration energy of the core, effectively reduces the noise and reduces the loss.
2. The coil is wound with high-strength enamelled wire (or paper-clad wire), cylindrical (or cake) structure, with uniform ampere-turn distribution, reasonable insulation structure and strong short-circuit resistance.
3. The body of oil-immersed transformer is fastened with anti-loose structure, the fastening part is equipped with self-locking anti-loose nut, and the non-hanging core structure is adopted, which can ensure that it will not loose during operation after long-distance transportation.
4. The corrugated plate of the corrugated oil tank replaces the oil conservator. The corrugated plate can rise and shrink with the change of the volume of the transformer oil, isolate the transformer from the atmosphere, prevent and slow down the deterioration of the oil and the moisture of the insulation, enhance the operation reliability, and avoid maintenance during normal operation.
