The transformer is designed for reliable operation under heavy industrial loads and demanding environmental conditions.

Product Function & Features
The transformer uses a high-efficiency silicon steel core to reduce no-load losses and high-quality copper windings to provide excellent electrical conductivity and mechanical strength. Oil-immersed insulation and ONAN natural oil circulation provide efficient heat transfer without requiring auxiliary cooling equipment for standard operating conditions. The reinforced tank structure provides mechanical protection during transportation and installation. A durable anti-corrosion coating can be selected for coastal, high-humidity, dusty and industrial environments. For mining projects, additional monitoring and protection devices can be configured, including oil temperature indicators, pressure relief devices, oil level gauges and surge protection components. High-altitude operation can also be considered during engineering design.

Application Scenarios
Ideal for open-pit and underground mining, mineral processing plants, copper and iron ore facilities, cement plants, factories, pumping stations, infrastructure projects and large commercial facilities. It can also be used in renewable energy collection and industrial distribution systems where medium-voltage power must be stepped down to low-voltage loads.
