The winding adopts hole array winding. Vacuum impregnation is adopted for the transformer to make the insulation level of the transformer reach F or H, and the product performance reaches the advanced level at home and abroad. SG series three-phase dry type isolation transformers are widely used in circuits with AC 50Hz to 60Hz and voltage lower than 2000V. Including single to three-phase and two to three-phase transformer ，All these can be customized according to the different requirements of the end user.
Instrument for isolating transformer
The dry-type Isolation Transformer is widely used in circuits with AC 50Hz to 60Hz and voltage below 660V. The product's various input and output voltages, connection groups, the number and position of regulating taps (generally ± 5%), the distribution of winding capacity, the configuration of secondary single-phase windings, the use of rectifier circuits, and whether it requires a housing can be carefully designed and manufactured according to the user's requirements.
Application of regulated power supply
1、 Connect the isolation transformer (delta/star) at the power input end
1. If the third harmonic and interference signal of the power grid are relatively serious, △/Yo isolation transformer can be used to remove the third harmonic and reduce the interference signal.
2. △/Yo isolation transformer can be used to generate new neutral line, so that the equipment has nothing to do with the neutral line of the power grid to avoid abnormal operation of the equipment due to poor neutral line of the power grid.
3. The current waveform distortion caused by nonlinear load (such as the third harmonic) can be isolated without polluting the power grid.
2、 Connect the isolation transformer (star/delta) at the power output end
1. Prevent the current distortion of nonlinear load, which will affect the normal operation of the stabilized voltage power supply and return to the power grid, and play a role in purifying the power grid;
2. The distortion of nonlinear load current affects the accuracy of sampling. You can sample at the input end of Yo/△ isolation transformer to obtain control signals that can reflect the actual situation, so that the stabilized voltage power supply can be controlled normally;
3. If the load is unbalanced, the use of Yo/△ will not affect the normal operation of the regulated power supply
