(1) Visual inspection ① Check if the nameplate of the transformer matches the actual requirements of the transformer. ② Check the test certificate. ③ Check if the oil level gauge on the oil conservator is intact and the oil color should be normal. ④ Check the transformer body, cooling device, all accessories, and various parts of the oil tank for defects, oil leakage, and other conditions. ⑤ Check whether the transformer casing pipe is clean and intact, without cracks, discharge marks, looseness or leakage of the conductive rod, and whether the thread is damaged. ⑥ Check for any debris left on the top of the transformer. ⑦ Check whether the explosion-proof film of the explosion-proof tube is intact and whether the hygroscopic agent of the moisture absorber is ineffective. ⑧ Check whether the connection of the high and low voltage outgoing bushings, leads, and busbars on both sides of the transformer is good, and whether the color markings of the three phases are correct and correct; ⑨ Check if the braking device of the transformer wheels is secure; Check if the position of the tap changer is correct;
