Components of high-voltage distribution room

6-10kV indoor substation is mainly composed of three parts: high-voltage distribution room, transformer room and low-voltage distribution room.

1. High voltage distribution room
When the number of units is small, single row arrangement is adopted; When there are many sets, double row arrangement is adopted.
When overhead incoming and outgoing lines are used, the distance from the incoming and outgoing line casing to the outdoor ground shall not be less than 4m, and the distance from the suspension point of the incoming and outgoing lines to the ground shall generally not be less than 4.5m. The clearance height of fixed high-voltage switchgear is generally about 4.5m, and that of handcart switchgear is generally 3.5m. The layout of high-voltage distribution room is shown in Figure

2. Transformer room
The transformer room is the room where the transformer is installed. The structure type of the transformer room is related to the type, capacity, placement direction, incoming and outgoing line orientation, electrical main wiring scheme, etc. of the transformer.
Each transformer with oil volume of 100kg and above shall be installed in a separate transformer room.

There are wide area propulsion and narrow area propulsion. The low-voltage side of the transformer with wide area propulsion should be outward; The transformer conservator with narrow face propulsion should be outward. The floor of transformer room can be raised or not. The floor elevation is generally 0.8; 1.0; Three types are 1.2m, and the height of corresponding transformer room shall be increased to 4.8-5.7m.

3. Low voltage distribution room
Single row arrangement or double row arrangement can be adopted according to the number of low-voltage switchgear.
When the low-voltage distribution room is adjacent to the transformer room with raised floor, the height is 4~4.5m; When adjacent to the transformer room with no raised floor, the height is 3.5~4m; When the low-voltage distribution room is a cable inlet, the height is 3m.
