Three-phase Oil Immersed Transformer uses fully filled oil sealed corrugated oil tank shell, with its own elasticity to adapt to the expansion of the oil is a permanent sealed oil tank, oil immersed transformer has been widely used in the distribution equipment.

Compared with the ordinary oil-immersed transformer, the oil storage tank is cancelled. The change of the oil volume is automatically adjusted and compensated by the elasticity of the corrugated sheet of the corrugated oil tank. The transformer is isolated from the air to prevent and slow down the oil deterioration and insulation aging, enhance the operation reliability, and save the normal operation without maintenance.
The transformer core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet stacking, which greatly reduces the no-load loss and no-load current, and the core is tied to ensure the tightness of the core and reduce the noise.
The transformer is mainly composed of iron core, winding, fuel tank, insulation casing, tap switch, etc.
A. Low-voltage winding of oil-immersed transformer adopts cylinder structure; high-voltage winding adopts multi-layer cylinder structure to balance the turn distribution of winding with small magnetic leakage, high mechanical strength and strong short-circuit resistance.
