Product Description

The function of the Tap Changer is to adjust the number of turns of the high-voltage winding of the Oil Immersed Transformer to change within the range of+5% to -5% of the rated value in the event of a power outage in the transformer, thereby changing the voltage on the low-voltage side and fully adapting to the voltage needs of the user. The non excitation tap changer is suitable for three-phase Oil Immersed Transformers. Under non excitation conditions, the secondary voltage can be adjusted by changing the number of turns in the transformer's primary coil.

The role of the tap changer is to adjust the number of turns of the high-voltage winding of the transformer to change within the range of+5%~- 5% of the rated value in the case of power failure of the transformer, so as to change the voltage at the low-voltage side to fully meet the user's demand for voltage. Off circuit tap changer is applicable to three-phase oil immersed transformer.
