Firstly, connect a single-phase 220V AC power supply to one side of the transformer and generate alternating magnetic flux through the transformer's magnetic field. The other side of the transformer is connected together through multiple coils to form a three-phase AC output. During this process, under the action of the transformer's magnetic field, the voltage on one side will be reduced, while the voltage on the other side will be increased. Therefore, the input voltage of single-phase 220V is converted into the output voltage of three-phase 380V through the action of a transformer. It should be noted that the single-phase 220V to three-phase 380V transformer can not only achieve voltage conversion, but also perform corresponding transformation of current. There is a certain relationship between the output three-phase current and the input single-phase current, and the output current is usually larger than the input current.
