Structural features:
1.High voltage coils are wound with high-quality polyurethane enamelled round copper wire, and low voltage coils are wound with cable paper wrapped wire. The interlayer insulation uses adhesive tape, which starts to melt at a certain temperature during the drying process of the coil, producing adhesion. As the temperature rises, it starts to solidify again, making the adjacent layers of the winding reliably adhere to a fixed unit, preventing the winding displacement of the coil, thereby ensuring the safety and reliability of the insulation structure.
2.The iron core is made of grain oriented silicon steel sheets or amorphous alloy silicon steel sheets, which are rolled into single-phase coil iron cores. This ensures that the magnetic flux flow direction is consistent with the grain orientation of the silicon steel sheets, fully exerting the excellent performance of the material, and the no-load loss is far lower than the standard requirements. It is also fastened with special iron core curing paint, further effectively reducing the noise level of the transformer.

3. Use a cylindrical oil tank with a fully sealed structure to enhance operational reliability and avoid maintenance during normal operation.
