Pay attention to the installation environment of Transformer bushing to prevent it from being affected with damp during construction. Clean and dry conditions and proper temperature shall be provided during installation, and it is bettera to control the assembly at 10~15 ℃ higher than the ambient temperature.

Since the temperature of the capacitance core in the bushing can reduce the impact of moisture when it meets the installation conditions, it is better to heat the capacitance core and parts inside the bushing to 100~130 ℃ before installation, so as to eliminate the moisture on its surface and complete the assembly as soon as possible when the temperature has not decreased.

Pay attention to the installation details of the casing to prevent the failure of the top seal. The seal at the top of the casing is generally divided into the seal of the casing itself and the seal of the casing lead. At present, the top of the oil conservator of The main transformer in most substations is equipped with elastic corrugated plates, which together with the compression spring adjust the temperature change. When the maintenance personnel assemble the elastic corrugated plate, the sealing gasket on the oil conservator should be well matched with the sealing ring between the nuts on the guide pipe to prevent the corrugated plate from cracking. The casing lead is generally a cable type structure, and the top terminal block and the conductor head shall be tightly sealed, otherwise, rainwater will penetrate into the transformer along the casing conductor, top terminal block and cable along the conduit.
If the moisture in the environment enters the root of the transformer lead, it will cause the transformer to be wet and breakdown, thus causing power failure. Therefore, bolts must be used to compress to ensure good sealing.
