2. High reliability: NOMEX insulating material is selected for high and low voltage coils, and Class H solvent-free impregnating varnish is impregnated with VPI vacuum pressurizing equipment for many times, and cured by high-temperature baking for many times. The product is Class H (180 ℃), and the main insulating material is Class C (220 ℃), with strong overload capacity and good short-circuit resistance. Under the condition of good ventilation, 20% overload operation is allowed.
3. Energy conservation and environmental protection: after the end of product life, steel, iron and other materials are easy to be recycled; All NOMEX paper used will not release toxic substances when burning; Other insulating materials can degrade and do not pollute the environment; Low product loss and energy conservation; Low noise and flexible design.
4. Large capacity: expand from 50~2500kVA dry-type transformer dominated by Distribution Transformer to 10000~20000kVA/35kV power transformer. With the continuous increase of urban power load, urban power grid regional substations are more and more deep into load centers such as urban central areas, residential communities, large factories and mines. 35kV large capacity residential central power supply transformers will be widely used.
5. Multi function combination: from a single transformer to a multi-functional combined transformer with air cooling, protective casing, temperature computer interface, zero sequence transformer, power metering, enclosed bus and side outgoing line.
6. Multi field development: from distribution transformers to power station auxiliary transformers, excitation transformers, subway traction rectifier transformers, high current furnace transformers, nuclear power plants, marine and oil production platforms and other special transformers and multi-purpose fields. Among them, the dry-type traction transformer used for urban subway and rail transit has three levels of voltage: 10, 20 and 35kV, and capacity: 800, 2500 and 3300kVA. In order to reduce harmonic pollution, it has developed from 12 pulse rectifier to 24 pulse rectifier; The exciting transformer of the world's largest 840000kW generator in the Three Gorges Project has been successfully developed by Shunte Power Plant and passed the national acceptance.
At present, the annual output of resin insulated dry-type transformers in China has reached 10000 MVA, becoming one of the countries with the largest production and sales of dry-type transformers in the world. Dry type transformers are now widely used in power stations, factories, hospitals and almost all electrical applications. With the promotion and application of SC (B) 9 series with low noise (the noise of distribution transformers below 2500kVA has been controlled within 50dB) and energy saving (no-load loss reduced by 25%), the performance indicators and manufacturing technology of China's dry-type transformers have reached the world's advanced level.
It is believed that the distribution transformers in the 21st century will be resin insulated dry-type transformers with superior performance, low noise and energy conservation.
